I’ve tried a lot of Doggie CBD and they’ve had little to no effect. Mary’s is amazing! I don’t have to give my dog trazodone to calm him down for fireworks anymore, I just use CBD. Love that this is a more natural option.

Products are good but customer service is the worst. Two different times over a couple of years I had a problem with an order and sent a message to customer support. Got this response: “Thank you for reaching out. Your request has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.” Never heard from them again, despite following up twice. The most recent issue was a $70 order that never arrived, though I got a confirmation of delivery. Never contacted me about it, but I did get an email today asking me to review my latest order. My dog has shown improvement with the CBD gel, but I’m done with this company.

Fourth of July is extremely stressful for my two cats. Last year I purchased and applied the hemp extract transdermal pen gel which was easy to apply and I think was quite effectve. The only problem I encountered was that I tried to reach a representative because I had a question about the strength of the product that I should purchase. I never received a reply to either phone calls or email messages. Consequently I guessed on the strength of the gel that I should purchase. It would have been great if customer service would have been available for support. I think the product is useful, but (in case you need it) customer service is not available.
